ADOT Update - I-10 to Wilmot
Both directions of I-10 at Wilmot Road in Tucson to close intermittently on Sunday morning
Delays expected - drivers are encouraged to avoid I-10 from 6-10 a.m.
Both directions of Interstate 10 at Wilmot Road will be closed intermittently up to five times for approximately 15 minutes for each closure from 6-10 a.m. Sunday (Feb.12), according to the Arizona Department of Transportation. The City of Tucson will be repairing overhead communications lines that cross I-10 at Wilmot Road during this period of time.
Drivers can expect delays of up to one-half hour and are encouraged to avoid I-10 during this period of time. Department of Public Safety Officers will be present during the closure period.

U.S. AIR FORCE TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT FOR PROPOSED F-35A TRAINING AT TUCSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AIR GUARD STATION
Tucson International Airport Air Guard Station, Ariz. — The U.S. Air Force encourages the public to attend public hearings to learn about and provide comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed establishment of a Pilot Training Center and associated basing of F 35A training aircraft at one or more existing Air Force or Air National Guard installations within the continental United States. Potential locations include the Boise Air Terminal Airport Air Guard Station, also known as Gowen Field, Idaho; Holloman Air Force Base, N.M.; Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.; and Tucson International Airport Air Guard Station, Ariz.
ADOT Update - I-19
Maintenance work scheduled on northbound Interstate 19 south of Tucson next week
The Arizona Department of Transportation will be closing the right lane of northbound Interstate 19, south of Green Valley, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday (Feb. 13) for maintenance work. Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down, and be alert for construction equipment and personnel. The schedule is subject to change due to a variety of reasons, including weather, material availability and mechanical difficulties.
