PERMITS ISSUED FOR DECEMBER 2010 TOTAL MORE THAN $12 MILLION

More than $148 million in permits alone have been taken out since Vice Mayor Fimbres' proposal to streamline the Certificate of Occupancy Process went in effect in August.
