Another $18 million in commercial construction and development permits were taken out in the month of July, according to Planning and Development Services. Since the changes to the Certificate of Occupancy process brought forward to the Mayor and Council by office and approved, more than $363 million in permits have been taken out since last August, when these changes went into effect.
