Except as noted below, City Hall and City business offices, including
all Council offices except for Council Member Regina Romero’s Ward 1
office will be closed on Monday, October 10, 2011, for a furlough day.
9-1-1 and fire/medical emergency dispatch services will be maintained
on Monday. Other designated City operations and services will continue
on Monday by alternating furlough hours for employees.
The Tucson Convention Center (TCC) Administration and ticket offices
will be open on Monday.
The Tucson Department of Transportation will have standby crews
available on Monday to respond to emergency situations as needed.
Tucson Parks and Recreation administrative offices, recreation centers
and pools will be closed on Monday; however, the Reid Park Zoo will be
open for regular Zoo Hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m -

Environmental Services trash and recycling collection will have regular
service on Monday. The Los Reales Landfill and the Household Hazardous
Waste Facility will remain open on Monday.
Tucson City Court will be closed on Monday. Its website at
www.tucsonaz.gov/courts can be accessed for information including
verifying a court date and making a payment online.
Tucson Water offices will be open. However, cashier stations will be
closed on Monday. Cash payments will not be accepted on this day.

(520) 791-3242 and pressing option 1, or going online to
www.tucsonaz.gov/water/online-account. An account number is required
for these options.
