The apparent low bid contractor will not be recognized as the official
low bidder until all required documents, such as bonds, insurance and
subcontractor lists, have been received and determined to be in
compliance with solicitation requirements.
The Tucson Modern Streetcar project team is committed to keeping the
public, business community and visitors informed about the project.
