Tucson Water Billing Adjustment / Contact Information

Tucson Water previously announced that customers who encountered water leaks resulting from burst water pipes during the hard freeze which hit Tucson in early February can contact the Department and request an adjustment to their water bill. Adjustments will be made based on the average water use during the same period last year.




Due to the large call volume from customers contacting the Customer Service Office, Tucson Water is encouraging customers to submit a request to the following e-mail address: waterleaks@tucsonaz.gov.  Customers should be prepared to provide the customer name, billing address, account number, and contact information.

Requests for an adjustment from freeze damage must be made before June 30, 2011.
