I am pleased to announce a new community event to commemorate Victims' Rights Week. On Thursday, April 14th at 6:30 p.m., the Fox Theater (17 W. Congress St.) will show the Tucson premier of the film, Heaven's Rain. The film's producer, Brooks Douglass, will be our special guest.

The website also includes a link to a documentary about Brooks Douglass and his amazing story of courage and conviction in overcoming personal tragedy and turning his loss into an opportunity to help other victims of crime.
