Thanks to the changes made to the C of O process, more than $47 million dollars in permits have been issued for construction projects in the City of Tucson for the month of October alone. Since Ward 5 had brought the issue to the table and the process has been streamlined, more than $110 million of the $168 million total has been issued in permits. One of which is for the Costco at the Bridges Project.
