American Adds An Addition LAX Flight

American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, plans to add a fourth daily roundtrip flight between Tucson International Airport (TUS) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on February 9, 2012 . The airline is now taking reservations for the additional service.





Last April American Eagle introduced this new service from Tucson to provide convenient connections through Los Angeles for passengers headed to the Asia Pacific.
The airline will continue to operate 44-seat Embraer jets.
With the additional flights, the schedule is as follows:

Tucson International Airport currently has eight airlines providing 60 daily non-stop departures to 15 destinations. They include: Alaska (Seattle/Tacoma); American (Chicago O’Hare, Dallas/Ft. Worth); Continental (Houston); Delta (Atlanta, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City); Frontier (Denver); Southwest (Albuquerque, Chicago Midway, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego); United (Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco); and US Airways (Phoenix).
