I-19 Update

Ramp maintenance work on Interstate 19 in southern Arizona next week

The Arizona Department of Transportation will be working to seal cracks in the pavement of the ramps along Interstate 19 .


Monday (Nov. 14)
The southbound I-19 exit ramp at Arivaca Road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The northbound I-19 entrance ramp at Arivaca Road will be closed from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.


Tuesday (Nov.15)
The southbound I-19 exit ramp at Canoa Road will be closed from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The northbound I-19 exit ramp at Canoa Road will be closed from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The rest area at Canoa Road will be closed from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.


Wednesday (Nov. 16)
The southbound I-19 exit ramp at Esperanza Road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The southbound I-19 entrance ramp at Esperanza Road will be closed from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.


Thursday (Nov. 17)
The northbound exit ramp at Esperanza Road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The northbound entrance ramp at Esperanza Road will be closed from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.


Drivers may use any of the other nearby entrance and exit ramps as a detour during the ramp closures.

The schedule is subject to change due to a variety of reasons, including weather, material availability and mechanical difficulties. ADOT advises drivers to proceed through or near work zones with caution, slow down, and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
