Keep Tucson First

One of the measures voters in the City of Tucson will consider is Prop. 400, which if approved, would allow the Mayor and Council to raise the sales tax rate by a half cent to maintain the City's core services, road maintenance, fire, police, courts and parks and recreation. For more information about Proposition 400. Click on this link.

A coalition is forming to help in the effort to pass Proposition 400 and keep Tucson first. If so inclined, send a check, made out to "Keep Tucson First," P.O. Box 1365, Tucson, AZ 85702. The campaign's site and blog will be up soon. Their E-mail is keeptucsonfirst@gmail.com.
