In Memoriam - Dick Hughes

The Ward 5 Council office has received the news of the passing of Richard Hughes, a longtime resident. Hughes was a veteran of WW II and the Korean War. He also used to entertain child by performing as a clown at birthday parties and events. His spirit, smile and commitment will be missed.
